When will we visit you?

Our Travel Advisors will be visiting households in the northern half of the London Borough of Camden. If they are visiting your area, you'll be sent a letter in advance to inform you that they will call at some point in the following week.

Their visits will alternate between different times of the day during the week. If you can't answer the door the first time they visit, or if you are out, there will be other opporunities. If the Travel Advisors miss you after four attempts, they'll leave a very simple tick box ordering card for you to complete and send freepost back to us. This card helps us to work out your specific requests so that we only provide you with information that you will find useful.
